Cooks: This
isn't a four star restaurant. But, what we do make needs to be excellent! Our
burgers are getting pretty well known. This can be a very fast paced joint on
the weekends. If you work well under pressure and like having the kitchen all
to yourself, come in and fill out an application. This position can become
whatever you want to make of it. But in the beginning it will be part-time.
Waitstaff: We are looking for people who have a passion for beer. I expect our employees to be able to converse competently about beer. To me this is more important than restaurant or bar experience. In other words; experience is important but not essential. These positions will be part-time.
Assistant Manager: I am looking for someone who has restaurant management experience. I would prefer someone who has worked in a brewpub environment. The exact match would be someone who also has some brewing experience. This will be a full-time position.
