Winter Seasonal – Wee Heavy Scotch Ale - A huge malty beer. Hops are subdued in this style. A nutty roasty finish is the hallmark. OG=1.085 / FG=1.017 / 40-IBU’s / 9% alcohol

Spring Seasonal - Maibock – Very light, bright, beer with fresh graininess. This was the beer the German brewers traditionally released in the spring from the long winter brewing months. OG= 1.068 / FG= 1.015 / 32-IBU’s / 7% alcohol
